My Book Has Been Published in Taiwan (Traditional Chinese Edition)

Spreading Japanese Eastern Medicine Across Asia:
My Book Now Available in Taiwan

In March 2025, the Traditional Chinese (Taiwanese) edition of my book
was released by Aimee Lichi Publishing in Taiwan.

The original Japanese edition, “Tsubo-Yurashi: Calming the Autonomic
Nervous System in 10 Seconds” (published by Ikeda Shoten), introduces a
simple self-care method rooted in the wisdom of Japanese acupuncture.

A Self-Care Method, Born from Clinical Practice

In my Tokyo clinic, I see many patients struggling with stress, sleep
issues, and the quiet exhaustion of modern life — symptoms that, in
Eastern medicine, often relate to imbalances in the autonomic nervous
system.

Through years of practice, I distilled what I observed into a simple
technique: a gentle, ten-second method using specific acupuncture points
(tsubo) that anyone can practice anywhere — no tools, no special skills
required.

The book is a guide to bringing this practice into daily life, allowing
readers to care for themselves between visits to a practitioner — or
even when no practitioner is available.

Reaching Readers Beyond Japan

Seeing the book translated and published for readers in Taiwan was a
deeply meaningful moment.

Eastern medicine has shaped Asian healing traditions for centuries, and
each country — Japan, China, Taiwan, Korea — has developed its own
distinctive approach. To have my book, written in the Japanese tradition,
welcomed into the Taiwanese reading community feels like a small but
real dialogue between these traditions.

What This Book Represents

For me, this book is more than a publication — it is part of a larger
mission: to share the quiet wisdom of Japanese Eastern medicine with as
many people as possible.

Whether through clinical practice in Tokyo, presentations at
international symposiums, or books reaching readers across borders, my
intention remains the same: to help people return to a calmer, more
balanced version of themselves.

To everyone who supported the creation of this book, and to readers in
Taiwan and beyond who have welcomed it: thank you. The work continues.
